Magic Meter [Datapack] Mod
Magic Meter V1.0
For Minecraft 1.14.4!
The Magic Meter data pack adds a magic meter into your world. This magic meter doesn’t do anything by itself, but can be used by you, the mapmaker, to do some pretty cool stuff! This pack features a displayed magic meter which indicates the amount of magic the player currently has. It is fully multiplayer compatible. The data pack also has a simple to use scoreboard value tracking magic on a player independent system, which allows mapmakers to detect individual magic levels for use for whatever they want magic used for.
So, how can I use this pack for my own map?
Install the pack into the world you are working on. Here are some tips on how to use this pack.
- The scoreboard used by this pack is named “magic_meter”
- Use a <selector> like this @s[scores={magic_meter=400..}] to check if the player has a specific amount of magic.
- Remove score from the player using a command like:
scoreboard players remove @s[scores={magic_meter=400..}] magic_meter 400 - To determine if the player doesn’t have enough magic, use a selector like this (with 1 less than the desired magic count) @s[scores={magic_meter=..399}]
Fully Multiplayer Compatible!
